Erebyx LLC ("Erebyx," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of North Carolina, United States. We are developing an AI memory architecture. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at erebyx.com (the "Site") and sign up for our pre-launch email list.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our mailing list and for up to 12 months after our product launches or our mailing list closes. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your email within 10 business days.

EU/EEA/UK residents: Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Lodge complaints with your local supervisory authority.

Our Site and Kit.com use cookies for form functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent the signup form from functioning.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
